Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it arrives back to our warehouse in perfect condition.

Receive Your Refund

After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
